Can we use HR360 without biometric devices?

Yes. Choose Mobile Only for app-based attendance. The Rs. 15,000 one-time onboarding package covers employee setup, shifts, rosters, payroll rules, Staff Portal access, and training. It is free with the Annual Plan. You do not need to buy or connect biometric devices.

What is the Setup Fee?

Every company needs employee setup, shifts, rosters, payroll rules, Staff Portal access, and training. Mobile-only onboarding costs Rs. 15,000 on the Monthly Plan. If you use Hikvision or ZKTeco devices, choose a biometric package that also includes hardware integration. All onboarding packages are free with the Annual Plan.

How do I avoid the setup fee?

We provide Setup free (saving you between Rs. 15,000 and Rs. 100,000) when you commit to the Annual Plan and pay for your first 12 months of software access upfront.

Do you provide the biometric hardware?

HR360 is a cloud software provider, but we partner with authorized local installers. If you do not have existing Hikvision or ZKTeco devices, our partners can supply and physically install the hardware at your locations, and we will handle the cloud integration.

Is there a minimum number of employees?

Both Monthly and Annual Plans have a 20-employee minimum. The Annual Plan is billed upfront for 12 months.

Can we adjust employee count mid-cycle?

Yes. Your billing automatically updates based on the active employee count at the start of each billing cycle.
